This beautiful, modern villa is located in Vodnjan and is surrounded by peaceful Mediterranean nature. The villa can accommodate up to 8+2 persons in its comfortable interior.Villa Median features a private pool, outdoor dining area with BBQ, wifi and A/C. The ground floor consists of a stylish living area with kitchen and dining area as well as 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and a guest WC. The bedrooms offer direct access to the large terrace and pool. The other two bedrooms with en suite bathroom and a private balcony can be found on the first floor. From the balcony with a cosy seating area you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the green surroundings. Apart from spending your time in the pool, you can also enjoy playing volleyball and there is also a children´s playground with swings for the youngest guest. The sun loungers are the perfect spot to let all your worries go and to enjoy a cold drink during warm summer days. :).
Next to the villa, there is a large family olive grove, so you can afford the extra virgin olive oil as an unforgettable reminder of your summer vacation.

Villa Median
The Villa Median is a very stylish but also cozy vacation home surrounded by beautiful olive trees. It was furnished with great detail and has everything one can wish for in a home away from home: huge garden, great swimming pool and a lovely interior. It is the ideal place for a family vacation with friends. Supermarkets and restaurants are around 10 min away by car. The nearest beach in Peroj can be reached within 15 min. Mr. Cetina was a great and very friendly host and offered lots of advise regarding excursions and restaurant.

The arrival and departure run smoothly, the stay in the villa was perfect, not far away from the city and sea on a remote standort. The landlord, Edo, is a very friendly and helpful person. It was a perfect holiday trip.

Wir waren zwei Wochen in dieser wundervollen Villa. Sie ist vom sehr netten und sympathischen Besitzer, Edo Cetina, ideal geplant, gebaut und eingerichtet worden. Die Süd-Westliche Ausrichtung vom Haus, der überdachten Terrasse, dem tollen komplett eingezäunten Garten und dem herrlichen Pool, könnte nicht besser sein. Die Einrichtung entspricht zu 100% den Fotos. Alles ist neu und sehr gut ausgewählt. Im EG 2 Schlafzimmer wovon eins derzeit noch keine Klimaanlage und TV hat. Ein geräumiges Bad und ein sep. WC. Eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche, großer Esstisch, eine Wochnzimmercouch, TV, WLAN und Klimaanlage. Im OG 2 tolle Schlafzimmer mit geräumigen Bädern jeweils inkl Klimaanlage, eins mit und eins derzeit noch ohne TV. Wir können es sehr empfehlen. Edos Ölivenöl aus eigener Plantage unbedingt kaufen!TOP
